MY JOURNEY THROUGHOUT THE 1ST QUARTER

Reflecting the1st Quarter, I've discovered new things that intrigued me. This Quarter hasn't been easy for me but it truly gave me knowledge about the fascinating world of internet. I understood the history of the internet, from when USSR launches satellite Sputnik to where Internet was created in 1983. Also, I've met the Philippines pioneers of the Internet which are William Torres, Joel Disini and Rodolfo Villarica and the other people who played a vital role to the development of Internet including Robert Kahn, John Postel and Vinton Cerf. Additionally, Internet Access and Browser was also introduced to me providing me knowledge about the ability for individuals and organizations to connect to the Internet and use online services like e-mail and the world wide web and the software applications that allows users to access, retrieve, present and navigate information resources on the world wide web. Furthermore, I also acquired a knowledge regarding the web blogs and the search engines where I am taught to create blogs and use the search engines to search information.

Behind these lectures, I also encountered challenges in this Quarter,  there are some time that I was at my lowest, I lost my motivation to keep pushing myself to stay focused and to excel in my academics.  It affected me that got me distracted on my academics where I neglected my school works that led me to my realization of my actions. I started having difficulties in understanding the lessons. Regardless of my situation, I got back on my feet and started to gain my sparks back and come back more determined and motivated. I began studying it myself and understand it. Moving on, I will continue to develop my skills, stay committed to my goals and work on my progress to strive for the better. I will continue doing my best for my progress.
